your new home at www.rentittexas.com. Register for any
properties which require us to register you as our client. Some
properties in Austin require an agent to tour the property with
you. These properties are noted on the website.

leasing agents that you were referred by RentItTexas.com.
List RentItTexas.com as the referral source on the
following:
1. Guest cards--- you may print one here
2. Applications--See standard TAA application

Always
request a copy of your application and lease contract for
your records and to demonstrate RentItTexas as your referral
source.

You must report your lease either with our online form or
by calling 866-322-RENT(7368).
Property managers generally won't inform us of your lease.
We will contact the property to confirm your lease.
Rebates:
1 Bedroom: $100
2 Bedroom: $125
3 Bedroom: $150
Specials and Rental Rates are not affected by rebate program.
RentItTexas.com will pay when allowed by law 1 rebate.
You must Sign a 6 month or longer lease with a participating
property listed on the RentItTexas.com website at the
time of lease. If a property requires registration, you must
register prior to your tour. You may not be a current or previous
employee or tenant of prospective apartment community or transfer
from a related property. You must claim your rebate via our
online form or by phone at 866-322-RENT(7368)
within 30 days of move-in. Rebates are usually sent within
4-8weeks, and are subject to payment and approval of the property
owner. Limit one rebate per apartment.
