must be on all Guest Cards, Applications, and Lease Agreements.
A 6 month or greater lease is required.
If a property requires registration, you must be registered
prior to your visit.
If your rental rate is below $500, please contact us regarding
your rebate. In most cases, you can still receive a rebate.
If
a property requires an agent to tour the property (escort),
you must visit the property with an agent to qualify for the
rebate.
RentItTexas.com reserves the right to disqualify rebates for
any of the following reasons:
- Failure
to follow Rebate Instructions.
- The
property refuses to work with RentItTexas.com
- Visiting
a property prior to registration for that specific property.
- Failure
to visit the property with an agent (if required by the
property)
- Employees
or tenants (previous or current) of prospective apartment
community or transfer from a related property may not qualify.
